De Care “Wellness Village”. De Care launched its new program, “Wellness Village”, a Vincentian Palliative care outreach program on the 28th of September via google meet'

On 28^th September, 2023, De Care launched its new program, “Wellness Village”, a Vincentian Palliative care outreach program. The program was held in the online platform, Google meet. The online session began at 6.30 pm with a prayer service led by Fr. Michael Panachickal VC. Following the words of welcome, Fr. Tony Plavunilkunnathil, the Director of De Care explained the concept of wellness village and gave the guidelines with the help of a presentation. Very Rev. Fr. Provincial, Fr. Mathew Kakkattupillil VC gave the inaugural address and declared the program inaugurated. The resource person for the day, Mr. Babu Abraham shared his insights on the Neighborhood Network Palliative Program. After the one-hour session, there was a question-and-answer session. Following this, the website for De Care was officially launched by Very. Rev. Fr. Provincial. There were priests, sisters, lay people and college students as part of the session.
