18th Mega Bible convention @ Divine Love Retreat centre, Jalalkhali.

The Divine Love Retreat Centre, Jalalkhali, conducted its 18th Mega Bible Convention from February 6th to 9th, 2025. More than five thousand people participated in the program, and many experienced miracles and healing. The convention was led by Fr. Dinny Pandimattam VC, and Fr. George Arackal VC, the Director of the Divine Love Retreat Centre.Most Rev. Nirmol Gomez, Bishop of the Krishnanagar Diocese, inaugurated the convention and offered the inaugural Holy Mass. During his sermon, he referred to our retreat centre as the "powerhouse" of the Krishnanagar Diocese. At the conclusion of the convention, many attendees came forward to give testimony to the miracles they had experienced.

The day-to-day operations of the retreat centre, including food, accommodation, and other facilities, were overseen by Fr. Vincent George, Vice Provincial of St. Joseph's Province and Administrator of the Divine Love Retreat Centre. He was assisted by Fr. Jithin Muthukattil VC, Parish Priest of St. Louis Parish, Jalalkhali; Fr. Tinu Adappoor VC, Principal of De Paul School, Jalalkhali; and Fr. Cyril Stephen VC, Assistant Director.Fr. Terry (Philip) Kurinjiparambil VC, Media Director of St. Joseph's Province, was present for the live telecast of the Bible Convention. Thousands of people were able to attend the convention online through our media ministry. Many priests from the Krishnanagar Diocese and neighboring dioceses voluntarily assisted in ministries such as confession and the Holy Mass.We are also deeply grateful to Indian Railways for their support in stopping all trains at Jalalkhali for the four days of the convention. Throughout the event, God's providence was evident, and it is by His grace that we were able to conduct this convention successfully.
