De Paul ICSE School, Jalalkhali, Turns a Long-Awaited Dream into Reality

The long-awaited dream of De Paul ICSE School, Jalalkhali, has finally become a reality! The new, spacious, and beautiful school building was blessed on October 25, 2026.

The building was blessed by Very Rev. Fr. Sebastian Thundathikunnel VC, Provincial Superior, in the presence of Rev. Fr. Thomas Cheruvil VC, Councillor for Finance and Construction, Rev. Fr. George Arackal Jr. VC, Mission Superior, and confreres from the Mother Teresa Mission.

This well-equipped and modern building stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the Vincentian Congregation to the poor, inspired by the spirit of our heavenly patron, St. Vincent de Paul. As the only school in our mission area of West Bengal, De Paul ICSE School aspires to provide quality education and the best possible opportunities for the holistic development and upliftment of children.

The official inauguration of the school building will be held next month.

Heartfelt congratulations and sincere appreciation to all the priests at Vincentian House, Jalalkhali, for their dedicated efforts, commitment, and hard work in turning this long-cherished dream into reality. May this new milestone open up greater opportunities for the children and bring hope and a brighter future to the people of the mission area.
