Educators’ Meet 2025

The Educators’ Meet 2025 was held at the Vincentian Provincial House, Kottayam, on 30 August 2025, with enthusiastic participation from every school of the province. The session was led by Dr. George Kolanchery, CEO of MET’s Group of Institutions, Thrissur, and Charter President of Thrissur Central Sahodaya.

The programme began at 9:30 AM with the inaugural session, followed by an inspiring address by Dr. George Kolenchery on leadership strategies for effective and sustainable school management. The morning sessions included discussions on innovative approaches to education and the importance of collaborative leadership.

The event was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Shinto Mangalath VC, General Councillor for Education and Media, who addressed the gathering in the afternoon. He emphasized the need for collaboration beyond the province, advising the adoption of common prayer songs and uniform practices across all educational institutions for greater unity and identity.

During the afternoon planning and discussion session, the idea of branding our students as “De Paulians” was strongly proposed, aiming to foster a collective identity and pride among the students of all institutions under the congregation. The Educators’ Meet concluded at 3:30 PM, with a renewed sense of mission and commitment to ensuring excellence, collaboration, and uniformity in Vincentian educational initiatives.
