Fr. Aby Pendanam VC Earns Doctorate with Highest Honors at Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, Rome

On October 9, 2024, Rev. Dr. Aby Pendanam VC successfully completed and defended his doctoral dissertation at the prestigious Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Pontificia Università della Santa Croce) in Rome. Specializing in the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, Fr. Aby was awarded the coveted distinction of summa cum laude for his academic work, reflecting his profound dedication, passion, and tireless effort in his scholarly pursuits.Despite the demanding nature of the program, Fr. Aby managed to complete his studies in record time, further highlighting his perseverance and diligence.

The ceremony was attended by several Vincentian confreres who are currently pursuing their studies in Rome, along with many Indian priests who are friends of Fr. Aby. Their presence added to the joy and solemnity of the event, as they witnessed and celebrated this remarkable achievement in his academic journey.
