Inauguration of New Indoor Basketball Court at De Paul Public School, Nazaret Hill, Kuravilangad

De Paul Public School, Nazareth Hill, Kuravilangad, marked another milestone in its journey of excellence with the inauguration of its new Indoor Basketball Court. The facility was officially inaugurated by Adv. Mons Joseph MLA, representing the Kaduthuruthy constituency, and solemnly blessed by Rev. Dr. Sebastian Thundathikunnel VC, Provincial Superior of St. Joseph Province, Kottayam.

The inauguration also marked the commencement of the 25th Sahodaya Kottayam Inter-School Basketball Championship, hosted by De Paul Public School on October 28 and 29, 2025. The event brought together enthusiastic student athletes from various schools, showcasing teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.

The addition of the new indoor basketball court adds colour and grace to the school’s infrastructure, providing students with enhanced facilities for physical education and sports training. The event stood as a testament to De Paul’s commitment to nurturing holistic education through both academics and athletics.
