The 24th Bible Convention 2026, organised by Jnanodaya Retreat Centre (JRC), Hubballi, was held from 17 to 21 October 2026 at Jnanodaya Retreat Centre, Gopanakoppa, Hubballi. The five-day convention was a spiritually enriching and prayerful gathering that brought together the faithful from Hubballi and the surrounding areas for a deeper encounter with the Word of God and the love of Jesus Christ.

The convention began with the solemn celebration of the Holy Mass by Most Rev. Derek Fernandes, Bishop of Belgaum invoking God’s blessings upon the gathering. The main retreat sessions were led by Fr. Raju Arathil MST, whose powerful preaching and spiritual guidance inspired the participants to deepen their faith and strengthen their relationship with God. Other preachers and spiritual animators included Fr. Varghese Thomas VC (Director JRC) Fr. Philip Kutty Joseph (VG of Belgaum Diocese), Dn. Mishil Francis VC, Bro. Nirmal Raj and Bro. Raghu, who enriched the convention through their messages, prayers and ministry.

The convention featured a variety of spiritual programmes, including praise and worship, Bible preaching, Holy Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, confession, counselling, healing and deliverance prayers.

The atmosphere throughout the convention was filled with fervent prayer, devotional singing and enthusiastic participation. The praise and worship sessions helped the faithful enter more deeply into prayer, while the Eucharistic celebrations and adoration provided opportunities for personal reflection and spiritual growth.

The five-day convention concluded on a note of gratitude, joy and spiritual renewal. It was a memorable faith experience for the participants, strengthening their spiritual lives and fostering a deeper sense of Christian fellowship.
