KOOTTU 2025: Answering the Sacred Call

Chethimattom Seminary is alive with vibrant energy as 45 enthusiastic young boys have gathered for KOOTTU 2025, a vocation camp organized by the St. Joseph Province. Under the leadership of Fr. Dilvin Kureekattil VC and Fr. Clins Malakkaran VC, the camp began on 22nd April 2025 at Vincentian Seminary, Pala, with a strong spirit of discernment and joy.

The inauguration began with an inspiring introduction by Fr. Dilvin Kureekattil VC, followed by the official lighting of the lamp by Fr. Thomas Cheruvil VC, the rector of the seminary. Each participant was given a lighted candle, and together we offered prayers, symbolizing the illumination of hearts open to God’s call.

Fr. Rector then delivered a powerful and motivating message on “Vocation and the Ways of Answering the Call,” setting the tone for the days ahead. The seminary is now in full vibe, alive with prayer, reflection, laughter, and brotherhood, as these young hearts explore the sacred path ahead. The camp will conclude on 24th April 2025, leaving behind lasting impressions and, God willing, budding vocations.
