New Priests' Reception 2024-2025

The St. Joseph’s Province organized a reception for the newly ordained priests at the Vincentian Minor Seminary, Chethimattom, Pala. The event began with a solemn Holy Mass celebrated by the new priests, with Rev. Fr. George Kizhakkanputhuppillil VC as the main celebrant. Rev. Fr. Subin Kalathil delivered a spiritually enriching homily, inspiring everyone present.

Following the Mass, the reception took place in the beautifully arranged courtyard of the seminary, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. Rev. Fr. Provincial Superior delivered a heartfelt felicitation address, urging the new priests to embrace their priesthood not as a title but as a call to vibrant and meaningful service in their ministry.Rev. Fr. Thomas Cheruvil, the former animator and vice rector during their philosophical studies, introduced each new priest with warm words and presented them with a token of appreciation from the province.The evening continued with cultural performances by the seminarians, adding joy and liveliness to the occasion. The event concluded with a grand dinner, filled with conversations, laughter, and the warmth of familial love. The reception was a memorable evening, celebrating the new priests and fostering a sense of community and togetherness among all who attended.
