Perpetual Vows of Br. Amal Kalappurackal and Br. Thobiyas Anthikad

Good Shepherd Sunday, May 11, was a day of great joy and grace. On this special occasion, Amal and Thobiyas, two seminarians currently studying theology in Heiligenkreuz, Austria, made their perpetual profession of vows.

In a deeply moving ceremony, they professed their vows before the Blessed Sacrament, which was solemnly exposed by Director Mag. Martin Leitner. Their lifelong commitment to the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience stands as a powerful testimony to the Gospel and to God’s call in the Church today.

The celebration was graced by the presence of Fr. Rithun Martin Malpan and a guest from Berlin, whose participation added to the joy of the occasion. Brothers Tansen Joseph and Alex Thomas also took part in the celebration, witnessing this moment of profound dedication.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Br. Amal and Br. Thobiyas. May the Lord continue to bless them abundantly on their journey in religious life and in their future priestly ministry.
