The Preachers Meet 2024 of the Province was successfully held at the Vincentian Provincial House, Kottayam on August 10 and 11. The event opened an occasion for a series of discussions and spiritual reflections.

The meet commenced on the evening of August 10th with a fruitful discussion on various matters concerning the Popular Mission. The session was an opportunity for the preachers to share insights and strategies to enhance their outreach and effectiveness. Following the discussion, the participants gathered in the presence of the Eucharistic Lord for a time of prayer and reflection, deepening their spiritual connection and commitment.

On August 11th, two enlightening sessions were led by Rev. Fr. Jose Mariadas OIC, who provided valuable insights into the qualities required in the life of a preacher in today’s world. His teachings were both inspirational and practical, offering guidance on how to navigate the challenges faced by modern-day preachers while maintaining their spiritual integrity and effectiveness. The meet concluded with an open discussion, where participants had the opportunity to voice their thoughts, share experiences, and the challenges they encounter in the preaching ministry
