Vincentian Ashram Mylady, Nedumkunnam Celebrates St. Antony's Feast with Great Fervor

The Vincentian Ashram Mylady, Nedumkunnam, celebrated the Feast of St. Antony with great devotion and enthusiasm from 21st February to 2nd March.

These days festivities began with a solemn Holy Mass, Novena and ended up with distribution of delicious buns. It was attended by a large congregation of devotees. On Saturday Evening the Mass was followed by a colorful procession, where the statue of St. Antony was carried through the streets, accompanied by traditional music and fervent prayers.

On the final day new priests of our congregation celebrated the solemn mass and thereafter the feast was marked by a community lunch “oottuneercha” where hundreds of people were served a sumptuous meal. The event was a testament to the community's spirit of unity and solidarity.
