Vincentian Ashram Social Service Society Extends Support to Rehabilitation Home in Dharan, Nepal

The Vincentian Ashram Social Service Society conducted a charitable outreach program at a rehabilitation home in Dharan, offering support to underprivileged individuals, particularly children and persons with disabilities.

The centre currently cares for several residents, including young children affected by paralysis and intellectual disabilities, as well as elderly individuals in need of assistance. The visiting team was received by the President, Mrs. Kopila Katwal, and Secretary, Mr. Jiwan Kumar Atal Singh, and was accompanied by the Vincentian Fathers.

During the visit, essential supplies such as rice, lentils, food items, snacks, and toiletries were distributed to meet the daily needs of the residents. The team also provided tea items and spent time interacting with the residents, fostering a sense of care and inclusion.

The management expressed sincere gratitude for the timely support, noting its positive impact. The initiative reflects the Ashram’s continued commitment to serving vulnerable communities with compassion and dignity.
